Currently, mutual funds consisting of equity in many public companies is ubiquitous. But creating a fund made out of non-public, private equity has not been done.

The Angel Company intends to obtain equity in many private equity companies in similar industries and issue a common stock for them.

For example, a fund consisting of private equity in dozens of startup companies in the robotics industry. Another fund stock for startups in medical technology, etc.
